Why Pizza?

One of our aims is to encourage people to try new foods and there’s something about placing food on pizza that makes people feel safe. For example, oxtail is offal and it’s our signature dish, and as Kara-Jessica’s heritage is Caribbean, it wasn’t a massive jump for us. Also, pizza is about sharing with others, and that’s what we want to do with our food, for it to be a vehicle to help build a community.

Can we book you for PARTIES?

Absolutely! We can cater for your party at BR3WERY, drop us an email if you’d like to enquire.

Do you deliver?

Not currently. We want to build a community, and we think the best way to do that is by meeting our customers and building relationships. We also want our customers to taste our pizzas at their best, when they’re fresh out the oven.

Do you do additional toppings?

We don’t offer additional toppings, we’ve worked hard on our menu so that the toppings are balanced and compliment each other. You’re free to choose any ingredients that are already on our menu and add them to your pizza!
